ARTEKA GROUP stated in 1986 under name of PT.ARTEKA KARISMA KARYA. At first, it provided services in
architecture work and landscaping. However, as a result of
demands of from client, a construction company, PT. ARTEKA
REALTY DEVELOPMENT was soon established.
The main objective of PT. ARTEKA REALTY DEVELOPMENT was to
undertake the design made by PT. ARTEKA KARISMA KARYA. However,
during their development the two companies have been directed to
work independently.
In order obey the regulation of The Law Ministry, the name of
PT. ARTEKA REALTY DEVELOPMENT has been changed to PT. ARTEKARAYA
DEVELOPMENT.
Up till now, we have done many projects including Hotel
& Resort, Real Estate, Private Housing, Shopping Facilities,
Bank & Office, Restaurant, Industrial Building and many others.
